ABSTRAK

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap pengaruh buruk social media terkait cyber bullying dan hate speech dalam prespektif UU no 19 tahun 2016 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metodologi fenomologi untuk mengungkap sisi gelap dari cyber bullying dan hate speech. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara terhadap pengguna social media dan dosen hukum dan bisnis. Secara teoritis penelitian ini menghasilkan konsep dimensi cybercrime yang akan memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan di bidang ilmu forensik untuk memahami perilaku fraudster terhadap cyber bullying dan hate speech.

ABSTARCT

The purpose of this study is to uncover the bad influence of social media related to cyber bullying and hate speech in the perspective of UU No. 19 of 2016 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions. This research is a qualitative study using phenomology methodology to uncover the dark side of cyber bullying and hate speech. Data obtained by conducting interviews with social media users and law and business lecturers. Theoretically this research produces the concept of cybercrime dimensions that will contribute to the development of science in the field of forensic science to understand fraudster behavior towards cyber bullying and hate speech.
